1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site or purchasing any materials from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site and purchase any products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

3. RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) DISCLAIMER

CRITICAL NOTICE: All products sold by Mile High Compounds are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only.

Not for Human Consumption: Our products are not drugs, food, food additives, medical devices, or supplements. They are not for human or veterinary use, self-administration, or clinical application.
Assumption of Risk: The buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by the Company for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other application.1
Regulatory Compliance: The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the handling and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
FDA Status: These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Use of Materials and Buyer Responsibility

The buyer agrees that:

They are a qualified researcher or are acting on behalf of a research institution or laboratory.
They will not use MHC products for human or animal ingestion or application.
They will use appropriate safety equipment and procedures when handling materials.
They will indemnify Mile High Compounds against any legal or health consequences resulting from the misuse of these products.

5. Product Purity and Testing

We strive to provide $\geq 98\%$ purity as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). While we provide batch-specific reports (e.g., via Janoshik), these are for informational research purposes and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for a particular use.

6. Ordering, Pricing, and Payments

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone if we suspect the products will be used for human consumption.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD.
Payment: Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept cash or money orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

US-Based Logistics: We primarily ship from our hub in Clifton, CO.
Processing Time: We aim for 24-48 hour processing for all domestic orders.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or lost packages caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

8. NO RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of biochemical compounds and the need to maintain a sterile, "unbroken" chain of custody for research integrity, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once a product has left our facility, as we can no longer guarantee its purity or stability.
Replacements will only be considered in cases of proven shipping errors or damaged vials, provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (including the "Max Factor" educational videos, logos, and scientific monographs) are the exclusive property of Mile High Compounds and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mile High Compounds and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of life, or property damage arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) our products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mile High Compounds and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or costs (including attorney's fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the products purchased.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date.
